Australian Produce's Premium Wagyu Beef is sourced from the rolling hills of Queensland. Wagyu is a traditional Japanese cattle breed known for its high marbling. Marbling is a fine fat contained within the muscle and it is this marbling that gives Wagyu its unsurpassed taste, texture and tenderness.

Wagyu marbling has a uniquely higher ration of monounsaturated fat (good fat) to saturated fat (bad fat). It also contains a higher percentage of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids than other beef.

Wagyu marble scores between MB 4 & 6 consistently, with most grading MB5 and higher. Wagyu SB8 – 9 (Marble Scores from 8 - 9) is supplied on a weekly basis into the world’s most highly acclaimed restaurants.

A highly effective blend of high performance genetics and scientifically-formulated rations, including natural Australian Wheat and Barley, provides an exceptionally well marbled and flavour some product and excellent value for customers in this class.

• Only essential antibiotics if required
• No animal bi-products in feed rations
• Fed only a vegetarian grain diet
• Born and raised on Mother’s milk until weaning age
